一、全力推进三龙湾科技城规划。持续完善三龙湾规划成果，落实三龙湾科技城建设工作。
1. To fully promote the construction of Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City, we will continue to enhance the whole planning achievement and implement the construction work of Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City.
围绕“聚”和“领”思路，结合市场发展形势，动态完善三龙湾科技城规划成果，做好建设工作指引。一是依照三龙湾发展总体规划，提前部署工作，跟踪分阶段指标落实。二是结合三龙湾科技城建设路径研究成果优化三年建设行动，主要包括发展路径、资源配套、政策配套、实施时序等建设方案，科学制定经济和社会发展的具体任务、实施时序、路线图、项目库、政策库等。三是与市区镇部门加强沟通，推动共同参与规划成果完善，从而加快规划成果、建设导则落地实施。
Following the guideline of "gathering" and "leading" and combining with the momentum of the market, Sanlongwan will dynamically improve the planning of Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City, and complete the construction guidance. First, in accordance with the overall development plan of Sanlongwan, we will deploy the work in advance and track the implementation of phased tasks. Second, we will optimize the Three-year Construction Action Plan based on the research results in terms of the construction planning of Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City, mainly including the development path, supporting resources, supporting policies and implementation schedule. We will formulate specific tasks, implementation schedule, road map, project database and policy database for economic and social development. Third, we will strengthen communication with urban and town departments to promote the improvement of the planning system, so as to speed up the implementation of planning and construction guidelines.
二、推动三龙湾重点区域及重点项目规划建设。
2. Promote the planning and construction of key areas and projects in Sanlongwan
谋划产业、基础设施、公共服务、交通、环境等领域建设，以点带面提升三龙湾综合能力。一是计划开展中德合作产业园区建设研究，内容包括园区划定范围、园区空间布局、设计建设园区导视标识系统等。二是做好广佛融合工作，持续探索共建广佛综合开发区域及相关标志性项目。三是落实三龙湾综合交通、碧道、内河水系、供水专项规划，推动交通网、基础设施网及生态网建设。四是持续做好高端艺术社区建设，协助做好马拉松、徒步等活动工作。
We will improve the comprehensive capacity of Sanlongwan by focusing on the construction of industry, infrastructure, public services, transportation, environment, etc. First is to carry out research on the construction of Sino-German cooperative industrial parks, including the designated scope of the park, the spatial layout of the park, and the construction of the guide system in the park. Second is to focus on the integration of Guangzhou and Foshan and continue to explore and build the comprehensive development area of Guangzhou and Foshan and related landmark projects. Third is to promote the network of transportation,infrastructure and ecology by implementing the special plan for comprehensive transportation, greenway, water system and water supply in Sanlongwan. Fourth is to build high-end art community, and assist in activities like marathon and hiking.
三、持续推动顺德结对高明合作园区规划推进合作园区规划编制工作。
3. Continue to promote the planning work of Shunde-Gaoming Cooperation Park
持续衔接佛山国土空间规划（更合片区）、佛山临空经济区总体规划，持续做好防洪排涝市政专项规划，协助高明区和更合镇开展小洞等区域控制性详细规划编制工作。
We will continue to follow the overall plan of Foshan Territorial Space (Genghe Area) and Foshan Airport Economic Zone, to make special municipal plans for flood control and drainage, to assist Gaoming District in carrying out the detailed control planning work in Xiaodong, Genghe Town.
