JOYY Group Industrial Headquarter Project

As a giant in Internet Pan-entertainment, JOYY Group has won a bid for a state-owned land plot in Sanshan New Town with 705 million yuan. Covering an area of about 77,700 square meters, the land plot is located on both sides of the Gangkou Road and south of Luweiqiao Waterway. The bidding was reserved for an industrial interconnection headquarter of JOYY Group, as planned with a total investment of at least 2.3 billion yuan. It is expected to generate a turnover of more than 10 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 330 million yuan for Nanhai for 10 consecutive years. 8,000 high-quality IT talents are estimated to come and create values in more than 30 upstream and downstream enterprises.
