Hongwang Group Project

Hongwang Group, through public bidding, won the bidding at 106.86 million yuan for a state-owned land plot, which is located on the west side of Gangkou Road in Sanshan New Town, Guicheng, and south of the Luweiqiao Waterway. Covering an area of approximately 15,000 square meters, the land pot was planned to be a headquarter of the group. The total investment is estimated to top 500 million yuan. The project is expected to create a turnover of more than 10 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 45 million yuan in Nanhai for three consecutive years. It will also introduce China's Top 500 manufacturing companies and add more than 40 national invention patents.
