Sanlongwan Speeds Up Investment Promotion With Over 20 Construction Enterprises Signed

On March 1, the investment promotion event and signing ceremony for the industrial project of Foshan Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City (hereinafter referred to as "Sanlongwan") was held in Sanlongwan Chancheng Area. Several projects were signed on-site during the ceremony. Notably, the projects commenced construction on February 18 and achieved industrial contracts on February 29, demonstrating the speed of investment promotion. Lin Jianxin, a member of the Party Working Committee of Sanlongwan, and Sun Jinguo, Deputy District Mayor of Chancheng District People's Government, attended the event.

Fast Industrial Introduction Shapes Investment Promotion Sample

In September 2023, Guangdong Huiya Group Co., Ltd., successfully secured the No. 12 land parcel in the Sanlongwan Chancheng Area. The Huiya Group commenced construction on February 18 and signed contracts on-site with several enterprises on February 29. The signed enterprises include more than 20 construction companies such as China Railway Seventh Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Construction Engineering Group Holdings Co., Ltd. It has demonstrated the strong collaboration between Huiya Group and Sanlongwan, also greatly promoted the aggregation of resources in the construction industry and presented a concrete practice in urban economic development and industrial growth.

Sanlongwan serves as the gateway hub for Foshan in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It boasts advantageous conditions such as superior location and transportation, concentrated development of advanced manufacturing, distinct characteristics of openness and cooperation, and rich natural and cultural resources. The city is planned to become a globally-oriented hub for advanced manufacturing innovation, a benchmark for open cooperation on the west bank of the Pearl River, a leading area for integrated development between Guangzhou and Foshan, and a high-quality water town in the Lingnan region.

Foshan Jianye Building is located in the Sanlongwan Chancheng Area, with a total expected investment of 1 billion yuan. It aims to create a benchmark headquarters base for the construction industry in the Greater Bay Area and promote the upgrading and development of Foshan's construction industry chain. It is worth mentioning that the Huiya Group was awarded the plaque of "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Foshan Chancheng) Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Base" at the event, empowering the enhancement of urban quality and urban style.

The Sanlongwan Chancheng Area , located at the intersection among Chancheng, Guicheng and Foshan New City, also among Nanhai, Shunde and Panyu (Guangzhou), is the bridgehead for Chancheng to connect with core cities in the Greater Bay Area. After the completion of Foshan Jianye Building, it will integrate resources to attract leading enterprises in the green building industry such as new materials R&D, planning and design, general construction and operation and supply chain finance. It is expected to introduce more than 15 "Four-Ups" enterprises (or high-tech enterprises) in the upstream and downstream of the construction industry chain, accelerate the aggregation of Foshan's green building industry, and promote the high-quality development of the region.
